Local Coalitions
Local Community Coalitions around the State of NH work within their communities on a number of prevention initiatives, including tobacco. They organize awareness events, hold materials and resources on quitting smoking, collaborate and guide local youth groups, and focus on the health of their community. The coalitions are funded in part through the cooperative agreement that the NH Tobacco Prevention & Control Program has with the Centers for Disease Control/Office on Smoking and Health.
